  • 1.  AI tools for application review?

    Hey, FS friends!

    Our last few job postings have been getting hundreds of applications - which is a wonderful problem to have, but it’s putting such a strain on our team in terms of completing a thoughtful review. Does anyone use any sort of AI tool in your review process?

    We have also been exploring ways to leverage AI! I’ve experimented with uploading a PDF of applications into ChatGPT, and it has provided us with valuable feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of the applicants. Ultimately, our team makes the final decision, but we are also interested in utilizing AI.

    (I will also be using AI to help develop a scoring model in the future)

    Ohh interesting! I might try that too. I think we’ll also plan to test out some review tools. If we find any we like, I’ll circle back to share!
