Morning everyone—
We are tracking the potential EO on environmental groups and doing worst case scenario planning (we had done quite a bit of this, but it seems a new and worse case scenario has been introduced).
One of our six projects is climate specific, and two others have grants for related climate work. The remaining projects don’t have climate in their mission, although I’m sure other work will be targeted soon.
A quick question I had for @Andrew Schulman or anyone else who can weigh in—does anyone know if a fiscal sponsor org loses its c3 status, can it still transfer project fund balances to another c3 to continue their operations?
And is FS Hub able to do a session on the EO and FS groups if it comes to pass?
