A recent grant requires a cost allocation policy. We are a dedicated fiscal sponsor, so we do not have one. Does anybody have one you would be willing to share? We can certainly adapt one for an organization that has more than one program, but I’m not quite sure how to write one that says “We don’t allocate costs, but here is how we regularly assess if we need to, and what we might do if we need to.”
