    Hey y’all!

    We are shopping around for a new platform to process our payments and maybe have cards for our programs. We are a model C and have been using Ramp for our platform for the last year or so. They’re starting to bring out a lot more fees and not willing to work with us if we don’t switch our main business card to them, which doesn’t make financial sense right now. I wanted to see if y’all have any recommendations, we have about 45+ programs.

    We use Bill.com for expense cards and accounts payable. Expense cards are free to set up, there are are user license fees for accounts payable. We support ~25 Model A projects. Happy to hop on a call for a deep dive!

    My reaction was the same, Haley!

    I have had 2 meetings with them from a partnership perspective, and I will meet with RAMP executives next week to discuss this. More to come.

    In the meantime, I am testing Brex and looking into a few other AP and AR systems to continue exploring options for the community!
