    Hi all - I remember hearing that there is a service that handles Foreign Entity filings so that you can operate in multiple states. I didn’t need that service at the time so I let my brain let go of that info…

    Can anyone share their processing service that they use for multi state filings? While I love our atty, I need this to be a bit more cost effective.

    Hi! We’re currently using URS Compliance Services for multistate filings. This is just for annual reports/charities registration, not employer set up. They’ve been pretty easy to work with so far.

    As Mallory mentioned, these types of services tend to only focus on charitable registration and not things like employer registration (which you’ll likely need if you’ve got employees in those states, as well).

    Amazing - I will look at the three recommended. Just as an aside - your attorney will do this also. Mill Law does our right now but hoping to find a new service. Thanks!
