I’m pretty sure Public Health Institute has an Institutional Review Board but they may not be on the Hub. Happy to make an intro if you’d like. Additionally, there are vendors you can outsource IRB functions to so if a sponsor wanted to bring on a project that requires IRB but don’t want to do their own, there’s still a path forward
