I’m curious how others manage job postings for project positions, including where on the posting or in the interview process you describe the fiscal sponsorship relationship.
We haven’t set norms on this across the organization. Generally, projects post their own listings and manage the interview process after getting review and approval of the job listing. But some of them have an explanation of the fiscal sponsorship (eg “employer will be XX, our fiscal sponsor”) and some explain later in the interview process, etc.
Do any other orgs manage this differently, like managing all job postings? Do you have boilerplate type language you include on the employer and hiring processes related to fiscal sponsorship?
