    Hello all - I am nearing the 6 month mark of many of our fiscally sponsored projects and I am revisiting our reporting process. We have a policy written but we don’t have an actual report form or application. Does anyone have anything you can share?

    @Andrew Schulman Thanks! We are model a (mostly) and we say that we collect data and narrative from the projects every 6 months.

    Hi Cheyanne - we have an annual report required for our Model A projects but it is mainly a check in report and information we need for our 990. We check in with our Model As regularly so it didn’t make sense for us to have a written reporting form.

    We communicate with our projects on the regular. Where the need for a report comes in is that we receive support from a DAF to execute a lot of our projects so we would like to create a formal system to communicate cleanly with our donor.

    I will simply create something - just checking to see if someone had a template.

    The only reports that we get from our Model A projects are those required by their various donors. Does the DAF you work with have reporting requirements that you could adopt for your FSPs?
