    what resources do you share with sponsees who indicate interest in transitioning to their own 501c3?

    AMP has a guide to fiscal sponsorship transition, and seeing other sponsor guides would be helpful, as well as any additional resources/things for sponsees to keep in mind.

    Thank you for sharing @Anne Haddox (they/them). I am currently exiting a project and read over your process. We follow a very similar process.

    Im curious on how you handle contracts extend beyond their exit date? We ask that all contracts be updated to reflect their exit date and new ones be created under their new entity.

    good to hear your process is similar, @Daniel Parada !

    for contracts we send a quick email termination notice, as our contract template allows any party to cancel with 30 days notice for any or no reason. then we encourage new contracts to be created under the new entity if continued work is desired.
