    Hello. Do any of your practices offer a wellness benefit or stipend to their executive team, core staff, or fiscally sponsored programs? We are exploring ways to reduce burnout.

    Hey Amanda, we offer wellness benefits to staff, and last year we were able to offer a small stipend to project leads because we have a local funder that gave us a grant specific to wellness. Happy to talk more about what we did.

    Some of our projects offer wellness benefits to their employees. They’re typically offered as a taxable stipend (just easiest to manage on the administrative end), but we’ve had folks do wellness activities (if they’re in person) too.
